196 scheduler can go and die

aiya, for those who i've been talking to recently will know that i always get irritated early in the morning by 196. SBS, whom increased its bus fares once again not so long ago, doesnt seem to be able to raise their service standards with the increase in bus fares. oh dear, my oh my, maybe it's just me one poor bloody sucker who has no bloody choice but to take the bloody 196 as bloody 196 is the only bus that goes from my house to my workplace A FEW BUS STOPS AWAY. i figure those who take 198 shouldnt complain because the frequency in comparison to 196 is so often; waiting for 196 at the bus stop while witnessing service no. 198's frequent arrivals only make me look on ruefully at the people boarding the bus.

these people usually wait at most 5-8mins for 198, while i counted the 198s that go by in my minimum, MINIMUM 25 minutes waiting time for 196; while i always start to wait at the bus stop with wet hair and will board 196 with 3/4 dry hair by then.

so let me be a bit diplomatic here: it is not necessarily the fault of SBS; it's whoever arrange the schedule of 196 ---- you can go and die lah seriously. if where i work is picky on punctuality, you would have made me lose my job already. honestly!!! 25min waiting time during peak hours? any semi-retards will know that it is unreasonable.

and dont tell me poor traffic conditions, the bus stop i wait at everyday is only a few bus stops after the interchange lor.

i am born with low blood pressure, but i think whilst i continue to wait for 196 every morning (if so damn bloody sway miss one bus), my blood pressure will be back to normal with the aid of rising tempers at the bus stop.

let me see, i have written to SBS via feedback at the website and called up to complain (of course not shouting at the poor operator, i'm not one of those unreasonable bitches and dogs who starts to scream at whoever pick up the phone). no wonder there is always a demand for call centre personnel everywhere, now that i realise; to screen complaints, as consumers now know their rights and know how to voice their opinions; as management committee now know that they can dodge the heat with their front line staff.

so now other than sounding like a petty bitch over the straits times forum, i can only super lan lan be at the bus stop at that particular time; cannot miss the bus, miss is hong kan kingdom i come.

pathetic.
