hi miss, are you alone?

too bad i am not a guy.

last saturday afternoon over at wisma foodcourt, a lady was asking to share our table. bgl was away looking for some other munchies while i was struggling to finish my noodles. i smiled at her and before i know it, the question slipped out of my tongue: hi miss, are u alone?

probably cos i'm female, she didnt appear to be taken aback by my question as she said yah, and i told her to place her shopping bags beside me cos bgl's seat was beside her. being in the process of boredom with my noodles, i felt like striking up a conversation with her. but then i didn't want to appear too extroverted and freak her out, i held my tongue as i continued to play with my food.

=D most importantly she wasn't too bad-looking.

if i were a guy, with the proper demeanour and location, i figure i would have no problems picking up ladies at all. =X
