v-day

as compared to previous years celebrations, this year will be a quiet one. and i have decided to be the on-looker this year. to observe the couples walking on the street, of all ages. the pre-teenage couples, teenage couples, the couples in their mid-twenties, and so on and so on, holding flowers and gifts of all sorts. as like many occasions, it tends to get really commercialised. but maybe just by watching the faces of these strangers in pairs, the commercialism might just wear off, for the few hours, at least.
